FAQ
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Ultimately, just relax and be yourselves – we're here to capture your genuine connections and unique personality! Most of our clients are new to professional photoshoots, and our goal is to make it a fun, comfortable, and memorable experience. We are happy to help with outfit advice and we do posing/prompts during the session.

How long does it take to receive my photos?
We know you'll be excited to see your images! Our standard turnaround time for delivering your edited online gallery is 1-4 weeks for most sessions. For larger projects like extensive brand photography or event coverage, it may take a bit longer, but we'll always communicate the expected timeframe upfront. You'll receive a link to a beautiful online gallery where you can view, share, order prints and download your high-resolution images.

Can you recommend any good locations?

Absolutely! St. Charles and the surrounding areas offer a fantastic variety of backdrops. Depending on the vibe you're looking for, we can suggest picturesque parks like Indian Camp Creek or Broemmelsiek Park, charming downtown areas with historic architecture like Main Street St. Charles, open fields for a natural look, or even a coffee shop for a cozy lifestyle session. Once we chat about your vision, we'll suggest locations that perfectly complement your style and needs.

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
No need to stress! We always have a backup plan for unpredictable weather. If rain, extreme temperatures, or other challenging conditions are in the forecast, we'll proactively reach out a day or two before your session to discuss options. This could include rescheduling to another suitable date, or shifting to an indoor location. Your comfort and the quality of your images are our top priorities.
